TECHNICAL SUPPORT JOB DESCRIPTION/REQUIREMENTS
Job Description The talented candidate we are seeking must have a strong work ethic open to working in a challenging environment where customer support calls dictate the days. activities. This person would have a high level of experience with support in a virtual / phone center environment. The position involves specific required daily tasks but is driven by customer calls regarding the use of our proprietary web based software applications, peripheral hardware installations, as well as support with general product / inventory supply needs. The typical day would include remote troubleshooting of hardware / software related issues, as well as preparing and tracking orders, resolving new incoming support calls from medical staff, managing open tickets, and resolving open issues in a timely manner. Customer interfaces include phone, email, e-fax, and live online support.
