Job Description
Rapidly expanding medical services and sales company operating in the Western United States is seeking a highly motivated Technical Support Representative in Northern Reno NV.

The talented candidate we are seeking must have a strong work ethic open to working in a challenging environment where customer support calls dictate the days. activities. This person would have a high level of experience with support in a virtual / phone center environment. The position involves specific required daily tasks but is driven by customer calls regarding the use of our proprietary web based software applications, peripheral hardware installations, as well as support with general product / inventory supply needs.

The typical day would include remote troubleshooting of hardware / software related issues, as well as preparing and tracking orders, resolving new incoming support calls from medical staff, managing open tickets, and resolving open issues in a timely manner. Customer interfaces include phone, email, e-fax, and live online support.

Main Responsibilities
Direct phone and online customer support to medical office staff: . Answer questions and resolve a wide variety of inquiries, mostly dealing with use of our software
. Quick learner with ability to solve routine problems on own
. Ability to triage and escalate more complex issues to the appropriate area
. Place manual product orders and monitor automated order processes
. Update Customer Resource Management (CRM) tasks and open cases
. Follow up on open issues and pending requests
. Advanced troubleshooting and technical support
. Support Sales Reps in the field
. Support rollouts working with corporate IT for larger installations

Qualifications
. Superior technical skills with the use of the Internet, browser based applications, USB devices, barcode scanners and printers
. High level of knowledge with all Microsoft office tools, email, and advanced web browser configuration and settings
. Work well as part of a team, skilled at multi-tasking during peak support hours
. Ability to work effectively and comfortably with all levels of medical staff including physicians
. Self confident, friendly, patient, hard-working, and dedicated
. Professional appearance and reliable transportation required
. Minimum 1 year of college
. Background check and pre-employment drug screening mandatory
